Self check-in – flexible and easy
You can also check in digitally. Simply use your smartphone or the self check-in terminal in the lobby. All you need is your last name and reservation number – you will receive these and all further important information from us in advance by email.
You can conveniently check in online from 3:00 pm on your day of arrival.
Please note: personal check-in is available from 3:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, just send us a short message – we’ll find a good solution.
With our digital guest folder, you have all important information in one place. It is web-based, linked to your booking and available directly on your smartphone – it doesn’t get smarter than that!

No, we take care of that for you! Hand towels, bath towels and a freshly made bed will all be ready for your arrival.
Of course! The fee is €30 per stay, or €60 for stays of 14 nights or more. Assistance dogs stay free of charge, but we kindly ask for prior notice.
As the health of all our guests is very important to us, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. However, designated smoking areas are available in our outdoor spaces, such as the backyard and the rooftop. Please understand that a cleaning fee of €250 will be charged in the event of a violation of this policy.
Both buildings at the place each have their own underground car park (including charging stations). Subject to availability, you can park your car there. Simply ask at reception or add this option during your reservation.
Yes! Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the place.
At the connected the store, you’ll find snacks and drinks, freshly packed breakfast from the bakery, ingredients for a home-cooked dinner in your apartment, as well as everyday essentials.
Vegan options are also available for breakfast and more. You are welcome to let us know your preferences before completing your booking.
Yes! In our coworking area, you’ll find different zones with several think tanks and workstations. For a daily fee, you can book yourself into our coworking space. Printer/copier access, drinks and snacks are of course included. If you are interested in a coworking space, our hosts will be happy to help.
At the view, you have the option to use the laundry room of our cooperation partner WeWash. There you will find washing machines and dryers. In the “straiv by CODE2ORDER” app, you can find more information under the menu item “WeWash”.
Yes, Peloton bikes are available for complimentary use in the playroom at the view.
Of course! Simply use “the place Herzogenaurach, Willy-Brandt-Platz 1/2, 91074 Herzogenaurach” as the delivery address and include your apartment number so your parcel reaches you faster. Please remember to authorise us at check-in to accept mail and deliveries on your behalf.
On your day of arrival, the apartment is available from 3:00 pm. On departure day, the apartment must be vacated by 11:00 am. If you arrive earlier or still have things to do on your departure day, we are happy to take your luggage and store it safely in our luggage room.
Take your time – for a small fee, you can book a late check-out and stay until 3:00 pm.
Check-in is possible in several ways – either online via the “straiv by CODE2ORDER” app, through self check-in or mobile check-in on site, or personally with our hosts at reception in the store from 06:30 to 21:00. On weekends, reception is available from 07:00 to 20:00.

In the store, you will find everything for everyday needs – and everything that makes life better. Across more than 120 m², the store combines café-deli atmosphere, reception and community space. Here, the day begins with breakfast, flows seamlessly into lunch & coffee and ends in a relaxed setting with music and drinks.
At the counter, you will find cakes, filled rolls and snacks as well as freshly topped stone-oven pizza. In addition, there are fresh smoothies, a variety of coffee specialities and a wide selection of chilled drinks – from soft drinks to selected bottles of wine and spirits. Every morning, we receive fresh baked goods from the local artisan bakery Polster.
The store also offers a carefully curated selection of care products, groceries and chosen items from the world of décor and home accessories – complemented by handmade jewellery and unique gift ideas.
During the summer months, the outdoor lounge corner invites you to relax together. Whether enjoying an ice cream in the sun or a laid-back evening with house tunes – it is the perfect place to end the day.
At the same time, the store is the central reception of the house and a lively community meeting point.
