Our varied breakfast buffet ensures a relaxed start to the day. You can look forward to fresh bread rolls and sweet pastries, cold cuts and cheese, fruit and vegetables, muesli and yoghurt, as well as coffee and juices. Vegan options are also available.

Across more than 120 m², the store offers everything you need for everyday life – from snacks, cakes and freshly topped stone-oven pizza to coffee specialities, smoothies, soft drinks, as well as selected wines and spirits.

Fresh baked goods from the local artisan bakery Polster are delivered daily. The selection is complemented by care products, groceries, home accessories and special gift ideas.

In summer, the outdoor lounge invites you to enjoy an ice cream in the sun or relax at the end of the day.

Arriving by car? You are welcome to park free of charge in one of our two underground car parks. All you need is your key card or the web app.

Important: If you use the mobile key, please ask for a physical key card for garage access.

Bike garage &
E-Bike charging

You can store your bicycle securely in one of our two underground car parks. Both areas are only accessible with a key card or app and are equipped with bicycle stands.
For short stops, an additional covered bicycle area is available in the forecourt. There you will also find six lockable e-bike charging stations at Willy-Brandt-Platz.

E-bike batteries must not be charged in the apartment!

Bike service &
emergency box

A bicycle emergency box with tools is available for minor repairs. Simply speak to our team at reception in the store. And if the issue is a little bigger, we will be happy to recommend local bike shops and repair services nearby.

Room cleaning

Room cleaning depends on the length of your stay. Further information can be found in the digital guest folder. For stays of up to 14 nights, a small fresh-up including towel change and waste disposal takes place every three days. For stays of 15 nights or more, we additionally clean your apartment once a week.

Cleaning takes place between 09:00 and 15:00. On scheduled cleaning days, do-not-disturb signs cannot be observed. Please ensure that work surfaces, sink areas and the shower are freely accessible. Dishes are not cleaned.
An additional fee of €30.00 applies for unscheduled cleaning.

Laundry room &
dry cleaning

In the basement of the building the view, you will find our laundry room with three washing machines. Use is available via the WeWash app or through your smartphone browser. Simply scan the QR code on the displayed flyers.

If the app should not work, the team at the store will be happy to assist you.

For professional dry cleaning, please use the form in your wardrobe and hand in your laundry at reception.

One wash cycle costs €3.50, drying costs €3.20.

For your four-legged companion, we provide a small welcome set including a basket, cushion, blanket and bowls. For cats, we also add a scratching post. Grrrrrrrr…..

Here, the day begins with breakfast, flows seamlessly into lunch & coffee and ends in a relaxed setting with music and drinks.

At the counter, you will find cakes, filled rolls and snacks as well as freshly topped stone-oven pizza. In addition, there are fresh smoothies, a variety of coffee specialities and a wide selection of chilled drinks – from soft drinks to selected bottles of wine and spirits. Every morning, we receive fresh baked goods from the local artisan bakery Polster.

The store also offers a carefully curated selection of care products, groceries and chosen items from the world of décor and home accessories – complemented by handmade jewellery and unique gift ideas.

During the summer months, the outdoor lounge corner invites you to relax together. Whether enjoying an ice cream in the sun or a laid-back evening with house tunes – it is the perfect place to end the day.

At the same time, the store is the central reception of the house and a lively community meeting point.
